My name is Ifunanya, your Mental health coach. I am a beautiful piece of broken pottery, put back together by my own hands and the world judges my cracks, while missing the beauty of how I made myself whole again.

I was abused as a child, raped, depressed,failed marriage that resulted to domestic violence. I found love again and am happily married with beautiful kids.

I will be your listening ears in the Healing Room,  sharing my experiences and how I over came to be the woman I am today.

Nothing Prepares you for an unwanted event but the choices you make afterwards is what truly matters.

I decided to turn all my mess to a beautiful message and I will show you all my battle scars in the Healing Room.
